Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
The listed price is for B&B. Dinner, Refreshments, additional bedding and the inclusion of pets,et, incur an extra charge. Details of additional charges are available at Reception
Should I print a receipt to show the hotel reception?
If you have booked online, it will not be necessary to print anything to show upon arrival. If you booked by phone, it might be a useful exercise to print the confirmation of your booking.
Are there discounts for extended stays?
We offer generous discounts for longer stays. These show when you enter dates for a longer stay at the time you make an online booking query
Do you accept dogs and is there a charge?
We welcome dogs as part of the family. They may join you in designated areas at mealtimes and in the bar. There is a charge of £7.50 per night.
Are non-residents able to visit Hotel Guests?
Non-residents are welcome in our Bar, Lounges and to join other guests to dine in our Restaurant (with notice, please). To protect the security of other guests, we do not permit unregistered non residents in the guest bedroom areas.
Our refund policy is to return deposits for cancellations occurring prior to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 5 days before arrival, e reserve the right to apply a full charge. However, we refrin from doing so if we can re-sell the room. In which case, the deposit will be retained, only.
Do you take bookings by phone?
We are happy to take bookings by phone. However, please note that when calls come in, they are diverted to a staff mobile. We don’t spend a great deal of time at a desk and, should the staff member be running an errand, they would not be in an appropriate place to process a booking. In this case, we would need to call you back. Online booking is always more likely to produce a quicker result, therefore.
